Why do we need Governers and president?

it is a known fact that Governers and president are dummies...  they have no power.

the avge money spent on each governer by govt is 50Crores per year... so totaly approx 1500 crores per year.

money spent on president per year is more than 100 crores...

when they are just dummies in the hands of ruling party, then why should the govt spent so much of money on these dummies?

as known, in assembly the governor will be giving speech and then one day will be postponed for saying thanks to governors speech.. the money spent for each day in assembly is more than a crore..

so over all in India more than 2000 crores of rupees is unnecessarily being wasted on these dummies..

APJ Kalam who is the best president till date, has bought lot of fame for the president post... but as a president he was helpless in passing some of the bills in parliament. he was helpless in stopping re elections in Bihar(which is done because of laloo and sonia to stop bjp alliances). its not his mistake.. its our constitutional rules mistake..

ND Tiwari the governor of AP till today morning belongs to Uttar Pradesh.... he is no way related to AP blood..

as all of us know that he was involved in se_x scandal in the raj bhavan of AP, we the AP people took the shame because of this great politician from UP.  y should the AP people take this when an non AP idiot does such nasty things?
