seema and andhra ministers started their exercixe on the funds given to various regions for the development!!!

they started reopening the budget files since 1956, the year in which telangana was merged into seemandhra!!!!

they ministers met today and ordered their concerend department officers to submit the funding list for each and every work related to their department for each and every division seperately!!!

with this we will come to know who are decived in the funding issues!!!!

i am not saying the budget allocations made.. but the files regarding the sanction of funds for each region with respect to each department... allocations are different from sanctions i know... for example if you take 2004-2005 fiscal yr budget allocations, the actual sanctions will be clearly notified and will be submitted to the assembly in the 2005-06 fiscal year ok.... nothing can be changed....
