@gymmers... meeru andaru shakes enduku use sethunnaru.... unless if ur very serious & want results very soon by trying very hard.... tonslu tonlu wts twaraga ethhali.... etc.... anukuntey ee shakes thagandi.... mamulga routine wts & machine press chesthuntey.... shakes are not really required..... eat natural fiber & vitamin contained food

using those shakes doesnt mean you can lift more weight....most of them just have[i] 1,3 [/i] dimethylamylamine or caffine ... gym lo 2 weights chesi oopika poyindi anukune vallaki anamaata !

adey temparory solution enduku... eat well natural protien... shakes general ga protiens kosame thagutharu....
emo bhai... i found other many solutions than taking shakes....

pre workout shakes protein kosam taagevallu chaala takkuva...generalga adrenaline rush kosam taagutaru.... body building kosam protein antava...yep..natural is more preferred...but sometimes its hard to eat that much...like 1gm protein per pound body weight minimum consumption per day...so 180gms protein/day ante kashtame kada...2 shakes of 30gm protein ...

whats wrong is ppl who rely on meal replacement drinks if you knwo wat i mean :)
