Preworkout shake ante bestttttttt go for BSN's NO XPLODE.. really works , but body tolerance find out chesko first like half scoop ahh 1 scoop ahh 2 scoops ah ani nee body entha tolerates o..Trial n error method for first 3 days then 4th day nunchi ennni scoops ki nee body tolerate avthundho neeke thelisipothundhii... vaaadu aaa pack paina 1-3 scoops raasthaadu but dont take 2 or more scopps on first day...

First decide what kind of muscle you want.
Lean muscle or mass.
Then go for corresponding protein shakes.

Lean muscle ante neeku unna body lo ne manchi shape vasthadi.
mass muscle ante shape kante size peruguthundi.

I prefer post workout shakes.

If you don't take all the vitamines through food, better to go for vitamin tablets. take 1 or 2 tablet every morning with your breakfast.
VItamin A, D, E ekkuva teskoku. avi natural ga ne vasthayi. Migilina Vitamins tesko.

Inka workout antava,
(Biceps, Chest)
(triceps and shoulders)
ala okko roju avi cheyi. oka 15min cardio cheyi.

more than one month same routine same sequence chayakunda try to jumble your sequence.

inka legs and back kuda neglect cheyaku,

Weekly 4-5 days are enough. YOur body needs some rest.

na BMI correct ga undi. I don't want extra mass. So, I am into lean muscle. Nenu post workout prefer chestha. I use syntha-6 or cytosport vadutha. you need 34-48g protien so based on scoop size go for 2-3 scoops with milk tesukunta.
daily morning breakfast, lunch, dinner. madhyalo protein bar etc, fruites ala neku thochina vi tineseyi.

Im also in to lean muscle.. nenu prework out NO Xplode and post ON 100% whey gold standard theesukunta.. inka evening 1 scoop whey protein anthe.. Naa body 45 days lo respond ayyindhii also nenu oka 2-2 1/2 hours or sometimes 3 hours workout chesthaaa thats the main reason to develop muscle.. inka every set 30 reps not general 12-15 reps.. 5 sets compulsory... antha eee NO Xplode power a
