try it..its the best so far... 0 chlestrol...30 g protein... kekka undhi... it gives me amazing results......

some info....

ur diet should have more protein than any thing... DONOT eat white rice when ur on a schedule... white rice sucks.....

lean muscle ki high reps cheyyali as opposed to low reps with heavy weights for mass building...

vivaranga cheppali ante...make sure u perform 4 sets of each exercise with 15 reps...adjust the weights so that you shud be able to complete the set without loosing the form...steadyga i mean....

ye body build cheyyalanna...i wud say 30% is what you do at gym and 70% is what u eat...so eat lean...oil, salts tagginchali...carbs to protein ratio follow avvali...blah blah blah :)

Few tips

1) Egg whites,,, mix them with ur shake or milk .. 3/4 th of a glass has 4 eggs like 20 g of protein....
2) scrammbled egg or omlets with egg beaters... DONOT use regular eggs and DONOT eat the YOLK
3) Juices..drink lot of 100% juices
4) ###### load of water.. muscle is nothing but water

i'd say use 3 egg whites n 1 complete egg if you are talking 4 eggs...yolk does good for you if you follow the proportions...

pre work shake will help u lift more wieghts or do more reps... - more results.. but be carefull..they can have side effects..
like
1) motions
2) ur balls will loose liquids...they will swell etc
3) loss of appetite

after work out...
1) have a bagel, bread or banana
2) have a post work out shake - this is must
3) eat in like 45 minutes of work out...

directions to eat

1) must have a protein intake + some cereal or bagel or oat meal ... fruits....
2) Chicken or some sort of protein suppliment + veggies + brown rice
3) no carbs.. just protein . and soup .... fruits...
