mothi Posted December 22, 2011 Report Posted December 22, 2011 Hi mamalu. Point enti antey. My employer is asking for Masters plus 2 years of experience to apply in EB2. Besides the current job , I have 1 year 11 months of experience. He is saying that he will apply in EB3 category once I get the priority date and he has got a sister company, he will do the H1 transfer to the sister company and then apply in EB2 category for the sisters company and he will move the priority date I got in EB 3 to EB2. He does not want to apply in EB2 category wihout having a solid 2 years of experience because he is saying that Eb2 is getting a lot of audits. When I asked him about whether he has done this whole process for any of the consultants. He told me that he has already doing that for 2o consultants. My employer's company is a pretty big and reputed company. What do you guys say about this. Other than asking me to change the employer.

I am not sure about your employer but if that employer has some fixed policies, he would be honored..... So EB3 ventane apply chesta antunnadu kada... labour clearance ki 1 yr padutundi.... labour clearance ayyaka c matrame company marata appudu eb2 cheyamani cheppu... then priority date vuntundi.... and same priority date kinda eb2 kinda GC vastundi.... so my advise is make him feel comfortable and let him work as he wants to as long as he stays committed.... committed ante.... written statement oo leka nee employer ni nammutavo.. it depends on your relation....

EB2 can be filed....ledante dobbey manu....
