Lata Mangeskar or any other ki ela icharo appudu vunna category and rules prakaram ippudu alage ivvachu kada.... enduku ippudu sports ni include cheyali ani anukuntunaru.... if they felt the service he is doing enough... vunna rules marchalsina avasaram ledu and kottavi add cheyakarledu kada..... that it self shows is not eligible under the category of social service but eligible in the category of sports (no doubts)..... which is not the meaning of Bharth Ratna.... they are trying to create a new meaning to it .... just for the sake of giving it to a person......
