Team buliding ante naa uddhesam team selection ani kadhu...the way dada got the best out of the players...moreover all the super talent was found under his reign...be it sehwag, yuvi, zaheer etc.

Dhoni exceptional leader ani nenu anukonu...I will put it this way..he led a good team with decent strategies..its nothing extra ordinary.
