1. neeku Linkedin Account unte... ask your Manager or Team lead for recommendation. That's the best way to use their reference.
2. Ask your PM "Reliving letter". Ask him to include your responsibilities, your work and technologies. That can be very useful when you have face-face interviews, applying permanent positions, H1 stamping and GC processes. If you need, I have a sample and will do PM to you.
