NO....depending on the efforts u put in...and sometimes the timing factor also called as LUCK..plays into factor and TAKE U UP or PULL U DOWN...ur future will only be revealed to you to give you some positive outlook in life...if u dont have anything positive...they try to solace u by saying it is the planetary effect on u so that u dont THROW AWAY THE MANTLE of LIFE SURVIVAL permanently out of despair.
