yep, but we need contract mobiles on both sides. when u add the num of ur friend or ____on rebtel web site they will generate a local number and text u. so then u cancall your friend using that local number. and when u call ur friend the call will be stopped in 30 seconds when the call gets cutted u will be stay on line with out ending the call , mean while rebtel will send another local number to your friend... when the call gets cutted ur friend wil call that local number and u both gets connected.

 for not getting confused better totry once......they will take local minutes from u and connects u thats the thing.
