everyone ,

family pack to flat pack ki marali ante em cheyalne ?

diet lo nunchi rice tesesa .. 2 chapatis tintunna .... even 2 afternoon 2 .. morning milk egg and buscuits...


abbs 40 chestunna(antha kante navalla kavatam ledhu .. 2 miles running burning 300 calories)....... okaapudu baga slim ga vunde vadini ..... like till 2009 dec daaka. 2010 2011 lo baga family pacjk vachesindhi. becoz of job. anukuntaaaaaaaa.

em chapathis bhayya tortillas aa or else mana desi stores lo dorikey chapathilaa...... I am also looking for some direction..... I know one thing for sure.... If you start exercising, start slowly take a step by step.... you will see the results over a period of time.... But if you stop exercising you will go back to the old phase or even worse..... LTT

costco loe fat tortillasss... nenu 2007 lo baga gym chesi manesa .. tarvata food tintunte.. body peringindhi... gym chese mundhu entha food tinina.. body pergaledhu.. asalu gym enduku chesano ardam kale :(

2 miles running place one mile running chesi migitha time weights meedha spend cheyyi bhayya.
weight meedha chesthe muscle build avuthundi. then u burn more calories automaically.

chapathis kante fresh fruits better.
daily lunch lo carrots, cucumbers and fruits pettuko. u will notice diff.
eat 4 times a day

agreed bhayya .. 4 times a day is gud .. i eat 3 times (bf, lunch,dinner)and fruits in the rest of the time ... vutti fruits tintunte nooru chedu ga vuntundhi :(

dinner or lunch edo okkasari grilled chicken thinu. grill chicken weight thaggadam lo masth help chesthadi

keep up ur heart rate bayya...dont see thread mill how many calories and stuff....okee speed maintain cheyyi like 5.5 or 6 so that oka 10min loo alisipoyela undedi...start with first 5min running and 2min walk and again 5min running 2min walk...ila oka 6 times kottu

taruvata mee inti daggera edaina steps unte like gym daggera...paiki kindaki ekki digu oka 5times depending on no of steps...

taruvata do some kind of wts with less wt so that nee calories karugutay...i.e., nee fat burn avutundi...muscle pattakunda...and repeat the steps and wt 3 times...inka food control...eat less and good food...

ee steps ki madhyaloo brk tesukoku.....koncham kastam gaa untundi...kaani cheyyali...ila 1week chesanu i found the diff... kaani taruvata baddakam vachidni...

u dont need to do this continously but go to gym everyday...2 days idi chesi 3rd walk for 1hr and come back...

agreed...chckn always protein...grilled chkn is always good.... go for chickfila..dont go for dollar menus

nenu last week only 1 time lunch cheysthunde ( koncham manchi gaa lunch thinneyvaadini) and diiner vachi 1 apple thinneyvaadini...... evening biscuits...motham bayata food and sodas anni maaneysaanu but no exercise...... kadupu kaaali e weekend lunch ki burger king with sodas thechukunna....... s%H#

i prefer home made grilled chicken. masala addhi owen lo pettadam anthe. so simple and healthy
