Vikkas mama ni dietary plan kuda undhi kadha last post lo..... how much weight did you lost and how much was your weight before you started following this plan.......and em exercises cheyseyvaadivi emanna exercise plan ivvu mama.......

nenu adhe chestunna 20 min exercises ki and 30 min running burning 300 calories .. potta matram after few days plate full cheste indian restaurant lo ... uncle potta laga back to normal :(

Gym lo weights chesi suddenga maneste chala adverse affects vastai.....we gain all the weight/fat we lost.........so regular ga cheyandi....
