Reappeal is only a case , but in most cases may be no chance of staying in this country until October if he can;t change his visa to some other status than H1B ... All of the above is only with my little knowledge... Best option is to consut a Lawyer or call them on phone by appointment may charge some dollars.but will give a Correct answer and optiions available..
