u have quoted WRONG exapmles. they are all business people. You should have cited PUBLIC SERVANTS.

what is wrong with CBN'S leadership? if he wasnt a capable leader, how could he dethrone a POWERFUL SCION like NTR and rule the state for 9 LONG YEARS? How could he be the PARTY PRESIDENT for 15 years so far? How could he be the leader for MAHAKUTAMI consiting of so many small parties? How could he play key role during NDA govt?

post-NTR anatava.... peoples sentiment, no better opposition coupled with politics.....
to rule a country you need to be strong.... he can never give a strong statement.... ex. Telangana.... cannot protect his leaders (Paritala)..... no aggressive approach (last 2 elections)..... and doesn't treat/select his candidates well.... he cannot act/pounce like a leader.... all he knows is chiding the opposition of consequences..... no action.....
