couple of options i can think of .

It is better for the boy to invite his parents to come and visit the girls parents for a while..till his parents understand the girls lifestyle and come to a REALIZATION automatically.

Or.

The girl should invite her parents to visit the boys parents so that they understand the SHOCKING disgrace her daughter is putting up with...so that they can pull up the son in law and PUT SOME SENSE into his brain. The bloody mofo better shut his gob and listen ..as he has committed a grave mistake by Lying/Hiding the fact to her in the first place.
