Latency is end-to-end time to reach source to destination

JItter is nothing but.......time gap between 1st packet & 2nd packet...... ie., if a packet take "X" msec to reach from source to destination...... & if 2nd packet takes "X+1" msec........ then the latency is 1 sec between 2 packets.......

latency ni ela setup chestaru baa....adi oka defect or issue......packets drop aitey or if something is consuming a lot of the bandwidth available when its not suppose to...appudu latency vastadi.......

general ga edo issue valla apps slow ga work aitey latency latency ani network vallani savagodtaru..........its my experience ......
