We might not face this much when we are in US or working for IT companies.


Real pain can be seen in govt companies where real worth OC Candidtae is ignored because of this reservations system.

May be back in old days reservation are reqd to pull them but now its not

nenu alaane vaadinchevaadini economical ani . kaani reservations annavi undakoodadu. mana situation exceptional gaapatti itla 2-3 generations use chesina vallani exempt cheste someday we can hope there ll be no necessity for reservations down the line. if they have followed it from the starting ( independence) all the lower caste people might have got their chance by now and there might had been no necessity for reservations. instead the people who had used reservations became a sep class and they are growing at the cost of remaining poor lower caste people.
learned helplessness is a scientific concept, try apply it for reservation system.
economical backwardness - provide scholarships and keep the higher education available for poor people. Reservations is not a healthy concept
