Dont worry, its a simiple issue. Manam foriegners kada, so Bofa records lo oka foreign address vundali. If you do that then they will not cut tax from your anual interests that you get. Because US-India ki tax treaty vundi.

But if you dont send any response, they will cut tax from the interests you get on your amount in the bank. The interests you make in Bofa is usually no more then a dollar or so (unless you have millions of dollars in that account). So ignore chesina peddaga problem vundadu le.
