Chaal simple baa... first nee prime vendor to adigi choodu if he is ok with another employer ani? 99% vallaku pedda issues em vundavu. Aa tarvaatha inko mutha mestri nee choosi H1 transfer pettuko... and then nee current mutha mestri ki hand iccheyi.


Just in case prime vendor inka nee current mestri ki friendship laanti emaina vuntey, start marketing and search for another job. Ee madyalo inko employer tho oppanddam kudurchuko. Everything else will be simple thereafter...

I dont know why prime vendor will ask for H1 copy. Usually prime vendor and employer exchange Purchase order and other important stuff relevent only for billing. Not sure nee case lo ala enduku vundi ani.

But in case like that, I would suggest gain experience in that field for sometime like 6 months, start marketing again and get a new job with new employer. Talk about biling and other stuff right before you move with him.
