''Narco Analysis'' on Political Leaders In Andhra Pradesh

Many people since the last few days including some from the Osmania University JAC have been discussing in lighter vein how it would be if Narco Analysis was done for political leaders in Andhra Pradesh regarding their stand on the Telangana issue. If the narco analysis is done then the results most probably would be as follows.

1) Rosaiah - " I do not want Telangana to form but even if it forms then I would be at the safe side since I have bought many lands in the Ongole district, which is the most likely Capital. Poor Chandrababu, YS Jagan and Chiranjeevi have bought lands in Hyderabad instead of Ongole".

2) Chandrababu Naidu " Oh my God. What has my life come to? I was made to hide even from the TDP cadre. Telangana should not form but if it forms then I should be made the CM of Telangana since I developed Hyderabad a lot" and i will make my Viyyankudu Balayya (Balakrishna) as C.M of Andhra and Rayalaseema then the whole state will be under our control.

3) KCR " Once Telangana forms then I will do another agitation to bring down the government in Telangana and become the CM myself with fresh elections".

4) YS Jagan " If Telangana forms then my life too will become (Kukkalu Chimpina Vistari) like Chandrababu".However i can always go to my most beloved city (Bangalore) and look after my Business Empire.

5) Chiranjeevi " I wish Telangana to form since I am a 'ZERO' in telangana, Ooops! did i say that!! and because i have become very popular in the Andhra region due to Samaikyandhra, I would become the CM of the new Andhra state after the 2014 elections".

5) Jana Reddy "If Telangana forms then I would become the CM. Oh God, please give Telangana so that I can become the CM".

6) Lagadapati : I wish Telangana state Never forms and by mistake if it forms then i hope Hyderabad will be made a separate state or atleast a Union Territory,then my LANCO HILLS Real Estate Project will be more successful and at the same time i would love to become C.M of Andhra,Hip Hip Hurray!!!!!!

7) TG Venkatesh : I would love to see a Visaala Rayalaseema (Greater Rayalaseema) that includes Prakasam and PSR Nellore Dists.Then my influence will be twofold and i have the best chance of becoming the C.M of Visaala Rayalaseema.

Finally, JC Diwakar Reddy comes to the Narco spot , scratches his head and screams that his Ananthapur Dist. should be merged with Karnataka, suddenly the politicians there will lose the Narco effect because of JC statement and wonders what made him (JCD who is not under Narco test) to make this Lunatic Outburst

This is utter rubbish, Lagadapati might want AP to stay united,  but he aint getting losses for LANCO HILLS

They are already sold!!!, out of some 17 odd 32 storey luxury apartment complexes 5 are ready(just internal work going on)
some are halfway thru and getting done.
LANCO has promised to handover completed apartments starting mid 2010.
Only the ICONIC tower of 90 storeys is yet to be started, as the airport has moved out of city now and are waiting to get approval from Min of Aviation , dept of airports, IAF and Fire dept. It is scheduled to be finished by 2015.

Do u guys even know what a luxury 3 bedroom apt in lancohills cost??  any guesses pls

Trust me Lanco has already made a breakeven cost out of this project from bookings.

1cr aaa thokkaloo gachibowli area lo 2 bed luxury apt with car park and all amenities is 74 lakhs as in 2008 dec

any better guesses???

actually it varies i will give you guys the highest and the lowest costs range

73 lakhs min as of complete payment done in 2008, 1.8 cr max if payed in parts

everything depends on the floor, view and the kind of interior u need, everything inside is customizable.
