baa.... NRI Home loan teesukundamanukuntunna... evarina already teesukunna vallu unte help seyandayaa........
e bank ayithe better and any other info unte seppandi please...I am really confused.

i am planing to take NRI loan. here the checklist which my dad sent it to me.

ICICI BANK- HOME LOANS CHECKLIST (NRI )

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SANCTION PROCESS:

2. Two Photographs of Applicant and Co-applicant & GPA holder photo.
3.One Cheque from NRE / NRO a/c for Administration Fee(0.5618%)of loan amount.
4. Pay slips Latest 6 months.
5. Bank statement latest 6 months with salary credits till date.
6. Bank Statement latest 6 months of NRE A/c Or NRO A/C in India till date.
7. Address proof present residence (Telephone bill /any utility bill latest / letter from H R Dept)
8. GPA to be Notarized in U.S.
9..Passport and Visa Photo Copies of both (all pages).
10.Social Security Number.
11.Academic qualification proof
12.Offer Letter from present Company.
13.W2 form. Of latest 2 years.
14. previous relieving letter.
15. Salary hike letter latest if any.

POA EXPLANATION (power of attorney):

POA format to be executed in favour of local person in India that should be a blood related. POA signed
by applicant and co applicant on each and every page and do it public notary in consulate, and send it
back to India and again it should be notary in India with Rs.100. Stamp paper and signed by power of
attorney who has allotted by the grantor.
NRI QUESTIONAIRE:
This format says about your complete details of your family and GPA allotment in India and what all
assets u have in India and qualification and where you’re buying the property.

Minimum monthly grass salary:
USA $ 3000 for 5 years tenure.
USA $ 3500 for 10 years tenure.
Middle East 4000 UAE DIRHAMS.
Documents to be submitted for Legal and Technical verification:
1. Agreement of sale/ Sale lead.
2. Municipal approved plan (2 copies).
3. Link document for last 15 years.
4. Encumbrance certificate till date(for last 15 years).
5. Construction estimate (in case of self construction).
6. Construction agreement (if semi finished registration).
Documents Required for disbursement:
1. Draft sale Deed.
2. Agreement of sale and construction agreement (Original).
3. 6 post dated cheques / Auto debit mandate form.
4. NOC from builder (format will be provided by ICICI).
5. Duly signed home loan documents.
6. Duly signed sanction letter.


* All Documents should be self-attested

* In addition to the above documents there might be some other documents, which the customer need
to submit when required.

nenu SBI ani decide ayya...

intial ga Laon sanction avvadam kashtam kocnahm endukante..becoz of rules they follow...kaani approve aite matram safe emi dhoka undadu..and no hiddenc harges..

ICICI and other loans within 2 weeks lo approve aipotai..kaani Property issue or land problems emaina vaste...they will nto itnerfere..nuvvu mottam dabbulu kattedaka vadalaru...and hidden charges per annum untai...

kaani o doubt baa.... ICICI process torture untundanta kada... actually nenu India ki veltunna for a trip aa gap lo process complete cheddamanukuntunna. but not sure approaching a broker is good thing or directly dealing with bank is better?

ma father ki telisinoodu ba.. so emi problem undadu ani assumption to unna. Ilanti broker okadu unte parvaledu ba leka pote tippinchukoni dobbutaaru na kodukulu. inka NRI ante chaaalu mana home koosam pettina budget vaadi okkadike saripotundi. saaaantam naakinchestaaru
