if you are saying Motorola is oing wrong I disagree .. M$ is the first one who started this ugly war .. they did not leave any option for Google and others .. there is a limit for anything .. M$ claimed tabbed browsing as a valid patent .. Apple claimed extracting phone number from web page as a patent .. M$ went after all major android vendors blaclmailing them to make windows phones and pay royalties on android phones .. Google has been pushing for reforms in patent laws ..

Patent war is ugly .....agreed with that point.....but i think it started with Steve Jobs...who wanted to kill Android...then MSFT jumped into the picture.....

Jobs vellipoyaka..Android picked up so fast that it vrought down IOS users from 80+% all over US to below 50......

if your product is really good and you are trusted then people wont hesitate to move .. M$ lacks trust .. win7 is a better product .. we will have to see what they will do with win8 .. I have my questions if a desktop OS is still relevant .. I am betting on cloud and smart phones ..
