castor n almond equal qauntities lo kalupu thats enough mama.....but oil should reach the roots ala apply cheyyi..... and week lo 3 times raayi n remaining 4 days just patches lo apply cheyyi ekada aithe neeku hair grow avali anukuntunavooo.....helped me a lot.....hair chaala thick aindhi....and shampoo nenu meera use chestuna felt it is better

Agree.. that leads to dryness of scalp and dull hair which in turn results in hair loss
