(Dhs) Tnc Notice--- Help

guys my employer told me that he has a problem regarding matching of my name in other documents and I-9 form in E-verification. so he asked me to contest in TNC notice.if i contest is there any problem iin it for now and in feature with my immigration can u guys plzz help me out if u already faced this kind of problem.
my employer told me its not a big issuse ..with single phone call and 2 small questions they clear the case
