Calling All - Regarding Ar-11, Alien's Change Of Address Card

Hi all,

[color=#ff0000][b][u]Please those who already filled this form answer this hope you understand, no suggestions pls, I am looking for instructions to fill this but couldn't find it that's why am posting it here, [/u][/b][/color]

I am about to change my address in the USCIS website [url="http://www.uscis.gov/ar-11"]www.uscis.gov/ar-11[/url] through the AR-11, Alien's Change of Address Card.

-- My opt is expired on June'2011 and now on H1B Full time job

-> These are fields in the form that I have questions for:

1) [b]I am in the U.S. as a[/b] - Should I check "Other" and specify H1B ?

2)[b] A - Number (Copy number from Alien Card) (9 numbers)[/b] - Should I fill this with the expired OPT Alien Number ?


3)[b] If above address is temporary, I expect to remain there[/b] (I think this is not a mandatory field to fill but just in case) ?

4)[b] If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the US expires on (month/day/year)[/b] - Does this need's to be filled with the H1B expiration date (I think this is not a mandatory field to fill but just in case) ?

1)ur i-94 has the last day of ur stay i guess i'm not sure
