once you jail break you will be able to load apps from different soucres, you cannot get any app for free which you have to pay for in app store but if you can find it elsehwere in internet you can load it.

manam cheyyamante ne chesthadu oka vela automatic ga ayyipote yu can always call ATT and tel them i dont need data plan and i never authorized for it please take tat off ante teesethadu.

No once u sign the contract with ATT.. Thts it.

No matter where u got smart phone ATT newtork will detect its IMEI and will automatically activate a data plan.. Its written in the contract..

i guess you can talk to them and tel them to deactivate data plan i have many friends who have that done to their phones.

Ya mama.. U can bluff it but legally ATT vaadu oppukodata.. No logical reason its just their policy ataa..


Konni apps automatic gaa data push chestai mama.. IMEI is detected only when data is pushed or used.. So ala detect aithey ne activate avuthaadi.. activate aithey vaadu malli disable cheyataaniki v have to have a non smart phone ataa leka pothe he wont take out data plan..
