Yaa if it was before Jan of this year .. I agree.. After Jan they changed the policy to "No matter where u bought a Smart phone, it has to have Data plan since it needs automatically updated online" .

Inni rojulu Apple vaadu mari 4g ki enduku vella ledu ante Coz 4g network was not stable.. It waited until the 4g service is stable and available for most of the locations ataa..
