mee idea bagundi..but u need to position urself first that ur suggestions/authenticity/lack of practical experience would ever be questioned.. U shld not give any chance to any doctor who is highly qualified than you to screw you that u r anot qualified enough to comment on such tx strategies...then u can start with ur group guideing or answering any questions online.

Hi sweety thanks for the wonderful message.I have a few points to make you clear what exactly we are gonna do

1) Being an MBBS definitely we cant question the credibility of a specialist for sure and being a doctor i will never question my own fellow doctor and that is even a great mistake and would be against the ethics as well
2) what i have been observing all these days is once the patient has certain symptoms and he walks to a doc the doc has to educate him what disease is he having and what are the precautions he had to take further so that he will not get the disease back again but due to the corporate culture of 100 ops in 2 hours the doctor is not in a position to guide him all that stuff

3) basic doubts of people for example all the physiological changes during pregnancy most of the women think them as pathological

4)If a patient is undergoing a surgery in india 90 percent of the patients are not aware of whats the outcome is,even they dont know what surgery the doctor is going to perform over him

This i personally experienced in my dads case the doctor is not ready to discuss the procedure he is going to perform on my dads for his cervical stenosis case.

5) 90 percent of the people in india are lacking the basic medical knowledge so atleast educate a few of them who are interested Eg if one of the persons asks us how can i prevent a heart disease we will atleast guiding them to get away from the risk factors

I just kept my thought before all of you and i know practicality is lot lot more tough but every one at one point has to start from the scratch and has to face lot of criticism i am ready to face all these .My special thanks for you the first person to say count me in and am very very happy to listen that last sentence of yours .Thanks a lot sweety once again .Correct me if i am wrong in my thoughts because no one is perfect

ya nuvvu cheppindi correct mama.i know one person cant do all this .But i tried and spoke to lot of my frens about this and they just had a simple laugh to me as a reply

eg one of my frens gave me a very gud example bro one day me and my fren were walking on a road and a person with his motor bike on high speed with a woman on the backside is going on the road with his stand still in position, i just said him loudly hey boss get the stand into running position boss .Instead of saying thanks he just replied me nee pani chusukooo .Thats what my fren reminded me and said no one in india will listen to some one else everyone has got their own ideas so my frens just discouraged me and said these things doesnt work out in india so get your job done man dont waste your time
