Take lots of water intake....

koncham Oil fud tagginchu.....and face wash cheseppudu use mild glyceril soap...(oily avvakunda untadi...Costco lo Neutragena dorkutadi..its like Pears in India...adi vadu)

and nuvvu padukune Bed and use chese towels neat ga undela chudu..wash the towel atleast twice a week....bed monthly once(pillow covers atleast)

face wash cheskunnaka..dont try hard on ur skin..jus mettaga towel use cheyi....u shud see the differenc ein a month or two..

water in take is a must...
