Na Friend dhi OPT July lo ipotundhi, H1 Premium lo apply chestunnadu.....

question enti ante tanu valla chelli marriage ki india vellali August or september lo(mandatory)... H1 start ayedhi October kada....

so can he go for stamping in canada or india before October 1st itself ? for example marriage august anukundam, august kante munde stamping ki vellocha even if H1 starts from October 1?

I think once your H1 is approved, ur status will be changed to H1 even though ur H1 will start from Oct....

I guess he has to go for h1 stamping in India ... U have to prepare for the worst....

visa start date ki one month mundu varaku nuvvu stamping ki vellakudadu.....

so..... visa premium lo approval vacchina.......
september 1st tharvatha matrame he can go for stamping.
so plan accordingly...

absolutely wrong.
your visa status wont be changed to h1 even though ur h1 is approved.
the visa status changes from h1 start date only.
he can go to stamping 90days prior to his h1 start date.
