The current schedule of the film is going on in Ramoji Film City. The final schedule of the film is being planned in Old City, Hyderabad where an action sequence will be shot. This action sequence is being shot as a part of the climax of the film. The buzz is that stuntmen for this film are being brought from South Africa. Interestingly, most of these stuntmen have Indian looks and they will act as body doubles to our stuntmen. The main reason for appointing them is that these South African stuntmen have a great expertise in Parkour, a world renowned style of free style jumping and running. These stuntmen will be seen jumping from building to building in the climax action sequence of Varudu. Parkour was earlier popularized in films like James Bonds Casino Royale and quite recently, Suryas Veedokkade had a action sequence quite similar to Parkour. Gunasekhar is directing this film. DVV Danaiah is producing this film under the banner of Universal Media. Tamil hero, Arya has been roped in to play a negative character in the film. A new heroine has been cast opposite Allu Arjun. Suhasini, Naresh, Asish Vidyarthi, Sayaji Shinde, Ahuti Prasad, Brahmanandam, Brahmaji, Vinay Prasad and others are in the cast Mani Sharma is composing the music for thisfilm. The film is set to release in the last week of March, 2010.
