rivanrey Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 The call given by T-agitators for blanket ban on ‘adurs’ in Telangana, seems to be working out partially. With Sankranthi holidays lying before and movie lovers eagerly awaiting for Junior NTR have created a situation wherein people are thronging to multiplexes for advance bookings of ‘adurs’ and ‘Namo Venkatesha.’Many of them are turning disappointed as still there is no clear information on release of these movies. With one day to spare for the release, the situation looks grim. News paper advertisements and web advertisements which publish the theatres list are devoid of Prasad’s, INOX, Adlabs, PVR and other multiplexes. It is to the wonder of few movie lovers that, a star like Junior NTR’s movie would normally get released nearly in 50+ theatres of Hyderabad and this time the total theatres count is lying below 25 which showcases the pressure built up by Kavitha on distributors and exhibitors. As per the news now, multiplexes say a big no for ‘adurs.’
