H1 B ... Help Regarding Travel

I have a question. Please suggest me on this
My opt extension is ending on march 12th 2013
I have applied for h1 b on apr 1st 2012 and in general processing. I want to go to india in month of august.
1 . Can i go to india ?
2. If my h1 is approved and start date will be oct 1st 2012. Do i need to go for stamping if i return before oct 1st.
3. Can i travel if my petition is pending.
4. Can i apply h1 next year too

Process lo unnapudu kadhu.. process iypoyaka he will get new i-94 on H1b approval.. its for our records.. but to travel he shuld use the old I-94 only what he had now.. once he will return back he will get new i-94 from immigration

konchem clear ga sepp baa......once h1 approves he'll get new I-94. but u said to travel he should use old I-94. and when we return we'll again get the new I-94 in airport.
That means we'll have 2 I-94's kadha. adi problem emi avvadha......are you sure abt it.....bcoz naadi kuda sam prob....

H1 processing lo unnappudu Travel cheyakudadu adi recommended ... oka vela nuvvu travel chesavanuko , nuvvu India lo undaga nee H1 approve ayyindi anuko.... nee status maruthundi kada?? US ravalante appudu India lo stamp veyinchukovali kada.... correct me If I am wrong....
