Actual process is..

in case nuvvu India lo unte....oka Form untadi..adi 100Rs Franking cheyinchali....adanta fill chesaka.....nuvvu evarikaite POA istunnavo...vallu valla details (Passport and Ration Card xerox) and same urs...

and rendu fotos...of both of u..

avanni teskelli..iddaru Saakshi santakalu pettali...with their ID numbers..may be drivers lic or some thing else...

avanni fill chesi...me iddari finger prints teskutnaru..... 500Rs ichesaka..Sub-Registar Office lo...oka varam tarvata vachi tesko po antadu..

avi ekakda ichina xerox ivvali original me deggara pettukovali..

Baa POA ni oka blank paper meda u can type but there is a specific format antey.... stamp paper emi akkarledu..... But if you think you want to do it on stamp paper then Embassy/consulate lo dorukutayi.....

[b]STEP 2 IS NECESSARY ONLY FOR COMMERCIAL AND COMPANY MATTERS. YOU MAY GO TO

[*][b]STEP 1:[/b] Write the power of attorney on plain paper. There is no need to create it on stamp paper from India, subject to conditions.
Sign the power of attorney. Two witnesses should also sign this document. The addresses of the applicant and witnesses should be typed clearly. All this must be done in the presence of a notary public. You can also get this done at the Indian Consulate as well. All post offices and banks have a public notary too.
[*][b]STEP 2:[/b] Send a request for an apostille to the Secretary of State. The Department of State, Authentications Office is responsible for signing and issuing certificates under the Seal of the U.S. Department of State (22 CFR, Part 131. The goal is to provide authentication services to U.S. citizens and foreign nationals (for example, Indians) on documents such as a power of attorney that will be used overseas.
