and 3yrs is not a big time...CMU lo MS chesadu ma frend satyam lo 3 yrs work chesadu..he started with sal of 75K...

alaa ani cheppalam kada...non-thesis vallu just credits complete chesthae chaalu...thesis vallaki advisor meeda kuda depend avthundi.. no of papers..avvani kuda untai kada...at least 2 years and not more than 3

ala ani vadiki talent ledani kaadu..NASA lo project chesadu.....

so it entirely depends on how ur frend puts his efforts......which i doubt he cant ...
