srdh21 Posted January 13, 2010 Report Posted January 13, 2010 First Of all brahminity itself should teach them towards Sathvik diet, the simple reason is to control their anger and frustration equally based on their dietI dont want to generalize, but its rare to find Brahmins today who actually have had "Upanayananam" performed and they dont consume liquor or meatmost brahmins are on similar diet as all others, anduke nemo vallu losing temper without any reason
