- Evening before gng to Gym 1 glass Apple Carrot juice or Orange Juice or Soymilk
- While going to Gym I carry 1 liter bottle Muscle Milk ... will complete that while doing Gym
- After coming home ....Shower... Devudiki poooja...koncham sepu DB ing and Dinner
