speed 5.5---- incline 0 -- starting at a speeed of 3.5 .. for 2 -3 mins moving to 4.5 for a minute and then running at 5.5 for 4-5 minutes liek around 0.5 mile and then a break..

can;t run more than 5 mins at a speed of 5.5mph .. adhi ento endhuko.
