for a transfer from a full time employer to consulting.

donno yet... i have asked my employer to look over it..

i guess this will not impact much.. because i read some where that..it might effect even Lawyer's business itseems..

eventhough it comes into act.. they might allow some amendments..

Kotha H1 petitions, extensions or transfers should prove that the employee will work under the direct supervision of the petitioner ani inka edho sollu undhi..that will be a problem to the desi consulting industry...LCA oka location nundi undi work inko location lo cheyadam kuda thapu ani .....
