I understand that you should have got a good oppurtunity to leave and thts good....you should take care of ur career ...nd you are going through a right path maamz

You can leave giving N reasons....like Health problem,Personal issues etc like tht...

but dont point out any of their drawbacks which wil irk their feelings...ilaantivi emina cheppu .... anyone will convince ..(Except Indian Mgmt)
