The film which was released in 142 screens in the state collected a share of more than 77 lakhs on 1st day creating a new record crossing Racha with big margin. Dhammu was released in around 40 screens in Bangalore city and more than 100 screens in Districts. Day 1 numbers in Mysore Karnataka Territory which Bangalore is a part of are at par with Recent Kannada biggies. Mumbai Karnataka is pretty good even though most cinegoers here are Kannadigas.[/b][/font][/color]
