Students plan "Telangana Maha Pada Yatra"

The Osmania University students are planning a "Maha Pada Yatra" from the Osmania University to the Kakatiya Univeristy in Warangal. According to the students, they would travel the distance by foot and also stop for the rest daily at evening and take rest where ever they are offered shelter. They also said that they would eat food whatever the Telangana people on the way offer them and they would happily accept it.

The students said that they would not take the help from any political parties and they would like to work independently from the parties from now onwards.

The students have devised two routes for the proposed yatra. Both the routes would begin at the Arts College in Osmania University and end in Kakatiya University.
