Calling All Regarding H1B Stamping - Notarized List Of Employees

Hi All,

I am taking a notarized copy of all the employees in the company, does any of you guys have any idea of what the format should look like, here is what i suggested my compnay:

On a company letter head stating:

Brief introduction about the company followed by tabular format of employees with the columns : "Employee Name", "Employee Designation" , "Immigration Status" (etc etc if needed) and get it notarized with a seal.

My questions are:

1) I also suggested my employer to include the salary ranges too, but they said that they cannot do (and it makes sense too), does this salary column is really required ?

2) Do I need to include the part time / consultants too in the doc along with full time employees ? (But when i proposed this , my employer said, they don't pay taxes for the consultants and i might not be included and can't be prove them as FT employees if not taxes were paid on behalf of them)

3) Does immigration column is really needed , if so , what status should i mention. I can't mention H1B as it's not yet stamped. Should i mention H1B petition approved (from date to end date)

-- Please I reckon someone might have done this in certain way, please share your exp. I really don't want to take any chance here.

nenu ade guessing, as that doc might not have a fixed format , it varies with company ...thanks for info mama..

u only need this if you get RFE...usually employers doesnt give this to us..they will submit it directly when USCIS asks..
