venkateshparlu Posted January 18, 2010 Report Posted January 18, 2010 hi mama can i help you it is not the problem with the browser.........try opening it in the Internet explorer also it will give the same error....it because of the drop downs in the internet connection...just perform the following steps it will be ok Mama if you are using a wireless connection try with the lan cable if it works just restart your router and it will workif that doesnt work as well just clear the cookies and delete the histroy and perform disk cleanup it will work and if still that does work try the following steps.....if it is XP : right click on the network icon in the system tray and then click on the repair option or else click on start>run >typein cmd hit enter> then type ipconfig and hit enter>typein ipconfig /release then hit enter> typein ipconfig /renew and hit enter this should resolve you issue.if it is vista/windows7 : right click on the network icon in the system tray and then click on the diagnose and repair option. it will do the job or elseclick on start>run >typein cmd hit enter> then type ipconfig and hit enter>typein ipconfig /release then hit enter> typein ipconfig /renew and hit enter this should resolve you issue.and if still the issue persists please try deleting the network connection from the network and sharing center and create a new connection. it will resolve the issue.. for sure.
