Usual gaa tellavallu, they dont take fake easily, how good you perform. Tell them that You applied for Green Card with your employer and it takes another 6 months to get your GC depending on USCIS, this is the reason you can't change employers as you have start the GC process all over again which is like wasting 5 - 7 years again for GC
