you got to go via a party with all bases created and you should never loose your Ethics in the first fw years. if you need to get the approval from the people..

Once you are able to reach a level where you can build up your own cadre in your constituency irrespective of all the parties around, only then.. he can showe up his Degree from IIT or Stnaford or Harvard..

People don;t need a Leader with Degree from IIT,, they need someone who can understand the problems and find a permanent solution to them as early as possible..
