BASE FACTORS OF THE CASE:
YS JAGAN WITH DECLARED TAXABLE INCOME OF RS.11 LAKHS IN 2004 HAD REPORTED RS.43,000 CRORE BY 2011
HIS BENEFICIARIES PAID PREMIUMS OF Rs.350 to 1140 per share of his Jagan companies worthless paper - shares - in blade companies set up all over India to appease him .
Pettitions by minister P Shankar Rao and TDP leader K Yerran Naidu triggered the CBI action. Through the high court
CBI orders full fledged probe into Jagan’s illegal assets on August 11,2011.
CBI registers case on August 17,2011
Nationwide raids on Jagan’s companies, assets and bank accounts on August 18th - raids on 91 locations, 72 indicted as accused- Jagan made A-1 and Vijaysai Reddy as A-2.
Arrest of Nimmagadda Prasad and K V Brahmananda Reddy in the crucial deal of Vanpic project .
Next to be arrested is the Minister Mopidevi Venkataranana Rao
So far four bureaucrats - V D Rajagopal, Srilakshmi, B P Acharya, K V Brahmananda Reddy targeted.
Two more IAS – L V Subramanyam and K V Vishwewar Rao and six ministers ion YSR govt on the hit list.
Three charge sheets filed so far - March 31 and April 23 and May 7th
On May 28, CBI bailed out all but two accused in the list of 1 3 present in the first charge sheet.[/color][/size]
