Chiru in second thoughts over Telangana!!

Look like as if Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi has developed second thoughts over opposing the formation of separate Telangana state.

After seeing the intensity of the Telangana movement across the region and the relatively slowdown in Samaikyandhra movement, Chiranjeevi is learnt to have commented before his close confidants that he had erred in his judgement on the Telangana issue. “It appears to be a real people’s movement. The way people are coming out into the streets voluntarily and fighting for Telangana and students are committing suicide shows the seriousness of the issue. We should not have acted hastily, but adopted a diplomatic stand as Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu is doing,” he reportedly said.

For the first time, Chiranjeevi expressed his condolences over the suicide of OU student K Venugopal Reddy and appealed to the students to carry forward their movement in a peaceful manner, instead of committing suicides. “This itself shows the transformation in his mindset,” a political observer commented.
