Infy Interview Experience

Hi Folks,

I had 2 rounds interview with infosys for a position in NC. Technical round went fine for 1 hr. later i had the second round. the guy had an agenda in mind only to grill, i had a project in my resume from 2005 in India. so he kept asking how i got the job there and how did i manage working there ,now as that company does not exist anymore he kept asking me all questions like do u have "expereince certificates" for all the project. I said i can provide references other than experience certificates as contractors you cant get experience certificates. desi guy from infosys kept grilling me about it.

Did anyone face this kind of expereince. if you were asked about india expereince how to tackle this situation about "experience certificates"





Desi's screwing desi's man .. i feel soo bad..it is open secret about the resumes, here all the American vendors are cool but desis mess us up . i feel depressed..loosing a opportunity did a bunch of interviews

Dont worry baa. Its quite common.
Desi gaallu antey yedo soft cornor anukovaaddu. They will be more interested in screwing then helping.

General ga interview teesukuney valla chaala experienced and knowledge vunna vallu. They feel jealous to see people 10 years younger than them, getting jobs and working onsite.... andukey full kasi tho interview teesukuntaru.

that 2nd guy said we got nice feedback on the techinical round , so i thought i got the job already and it must be only a formal discussion ,

nuvvu 2005 lo oka company lo chesavu ani pettavu kada baa..and more over aa company kuda ippude ledu annavu..so vadiki doubt vachi kavalani avi anni adigadu..adhe tellolu aite lite tesukuntaru....

abt handling the situation antava..wht u did was right baa..anthaku minchi manmau emi cheppalemu...ultimate ga US loo job ravali ante..talent tho patuu luck plays a key role

on the luck part, 1hr technical was like good, that guy was impressed. but aa shani gadu full concentration on me
